Refund Policy:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment you need to contact Flourish 24 hours in advance of the appointment.

If you expect to be late for your appointment, call to let us know. Otherwise, your appointment will commence for the remaining period at the full cost of the session.

Should a cancellation be required by a student due to unforeseen circumstances, each case will be considered independently. In the event a session is cancelled by Flourish a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
